I recently had the opportunity to list a very nice townhome in Marietta, Pennsylvania tht would be a great first home or downsize for someone looking for minimal exterior work, etc.  Village Green is just off of the road between historic Marietta downtown and the quaint Maytown square.  The homes in Village Green are newer, and this particular unit is built in only 2003! As you can imagine, the interior layout is up to date and it has a nice open feel.  There's a stone faced attached garage, and a great walk-out lower level that's ready to be finished if you prefer.  LOTS of storage!  The kitchen has a large amount of counter space as well as a breakfast bar for casual dining.  i've put together a website, www.334Alexandria.com for you to see the rest of the details.  If you're interes...
