At the Century 21 Northeast Brokers Council Annual AWards Gala held atthe Hilton Hotel and Conference Center on 3/7/08, Joyce Bradley won the Gold Medallion for sale production on 2007.  The Century21 Select Group was the top producing agency in terms of sales volume and gross commissions for 2007.  In fact their totals were about the same as the #2 and #3 agencies COMBINED!  This is another reason to work with your local REALTOR(R), they know the area and get results. 03/08/2008

The Resort at Split Rock is constructiong an indoor water park.  We will post photos as it progresses.  It is slated for an August 2008 opening.  Should be a new and fun thing to do in an area filled with recreational choices.  While the Waterpark is intended for use by the Resort's guests, it will be open to the public as well.  Fees areyet to be established fo rthe park which will include a food court, an arcade game area, three different sized waterslides which actually leave and return into the building among other features. 03/08/2008
