Don't miss this for THE most authetic Mexican food in our area. Taqeria Moroleon seems to be run by women - in the kitchen and in service. It's awesome, including the 3-piece Marachi band that often serenades you at dinner on Saturday nights. But go early beciase it gets very criwed. Very informal, great for families. BYOB. Clients are always asking about the best restaurants in the area and the Brandywine Valley is blessed, In particular, ask my friend Mary Currie where she wants to go and every time it's Sovana Bistro - she just cannot get enough of their Chicken Caesar salad. Here's where I tell my clients to go to dine - to celebrate a special ocasion, to know feed as theater - well, okay, that's a bit much, but the Orchard off Route 1 which opened in the fall of 2003, is quintessential Brandywine Valley dining at its best.
