Located north of Pittsburgh, the bedroom community of Hampton Township was recently voted the Number 2 Best Town in the Country for Families by Family Circle Magazine. Of course, since I grew up there it doesn't surprise me at all! Hampton has always had a wonderful community atmosphere, a great school district (A perfect 10 ranking from greatschools.com) and beautiful homes to choose from. It is a great cross between those that want convenience to activities, shopping and the city, but still be in a family-friendly semi-rural community.
