It is time for an upgrade on my mobile phone . I received an Email from Apple about the Red Phone . I went to Google and looked it up . I had been having trouble with my phone anyway  I went over to my local T-Mobile store close to my office and it was upgrade time . It was explained to me that I not only could upgrade now but I could also upgrade again in September when the new iPhone came out because I was on a plan called Jump .   So Red it is . I like the concept as Apple donates a portion to help fight HIV Apple is the biggest contributor to the aids fight and the Global Fund which helps fights HIV  . There were many videos complaining about this phone not having a black face  The Red Apple iPhone has a significant meaning and making the face black would cancel that . This Thanksgiving I am Thankful for My Pet Cleo  Cleo was a gift from my daughter Johanna and her family . She a Siamese cat . Cleo is short for Cleopatra who is very smart and affectionate . Give her a string and she will be amused for hours . She also loves getting her picture taken and me I love taking her picture. A small gift that grew to mean so much . While playing with a new app on my phone for Instagram my cat Cleo was watching me curious as ever suddenly my phone snapped this picture . The layout was multi pictures of Cleo with eyes so blue .  Bucks County Board of Realtors Bucks Break The Board of Realtors have this get together every month at different locations .This was the last one until September  .It was in June . There is free food and always a good time  . I have worked with these ladies at different offices for many years. We have remained great friends . It was great fun with great friends . The girl in the pink owns a title company and I have known her since she was a very little girl . I had not seen her since she was a little girl . She recognized me and said I looked exactly the same We were at La Stalla in Newtown Pa . The food they provided was delicious . I highly recommend this restaurant .   07/13/2016

Lower Southampton 4th of July Parade & Re/Max Eastern  This was the first year we participated in giving out Philly Soft Pretzels and bottles of water at the parade . The parade marches by our office so we decided to get together for a few hours on the 4th of July and let the community know we are here . We have been in this new office for a over a year and we love the location . The Benefits of Positive Thinking I Can Do It . My grandson could not swim at all at the start of the summer . He is seven years old .  He saw me swimming and wanted to learn to swim . We had a talk about positive thinking . I told him if he really wanted to swim he could . The only time you can't swim is when you panic . He put his mind to it and look at him now .With a few lessons from Nannie he is swimming Next year we will work on diving .   I Love My ActiveRain Blog. It was just another day . I woke up read my email answered anything important. Oh and let us not forget put the coffee on. Poured the coffee. While drinking my coffee checked in at ActiveRain . Commented on a few posts . Made a few calls. Took a shower and got dressed. Grabed my handbag,locked the door and drove to my Re/Max office in Feasterville Bucks County. I walked in said "hello" with a smile ,checked my mail and to my surprise there was an envelope with a return address from ActiveRain.    The Artist Oscar Nominated Film "video" HelpfulHannah says that this must be a wonderful film to be nominated in so many catergories. Can you believe it is a silent film. I have not watched one since my Mother had me watch Orphan of the Storm . I remember going somewhere maybe the Franklin Institute to a theater that only showed silent movies and Yes they were in black and white . I learned early in life to love movies . Movies are magical and this one must be quite a movie flick. I have not seen it except in "video " previews and trailors .
