Old Forge Crossing Sales Data for 2020 This condominium development remains popular and whilst the pandemic slowed things down prices rose and the number of total sales for the year were slightly higher. At the beginning of the year things were quite slow, and in 2020 we had just a few more sales than in previous years with 25 total sales. This is in line with what we have seen across the Main Line real estate market with a reduced inventory and many buyers ready, willing and able to snap up inventory when it has come on the market.
