In the first three weeks of March, for some reason, the leads were coming in much slower than in February.  Only 4 total in the first 16 days. This week though, I received 7 leads.  Two more today!.  I get the alerts on my blackberry and I can see them in my web site, and I can see exactly which homes that are seeing at the same time they are seeing them. The contact program part of Vision is excellent.  It assists you in organizing and storing and following on all these leads on an organized basis. Last Saturday, I met 2 of my leads in person.  We looked at homes with each lead.  This week, we are getting them both pre approved, and they both need to buy ASAP.  This is very exciting. Still, I am responding to those with phone numbers, immediately.  Those that have only emails, I am tre...

The professionals at Coldwell Banker (insert Company DBA Name) recommend taking the following steps before setting an asking figure. Choose the Right Sales Associate: While many people use a friend or relative's referral to select a sales associate, it is smart to interview many prospective agents. Invite several sales associates to show their listings presentations. Pay attention to how they ...

My name is Don Bradbury, and I am a Realtor in Bucks County, a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.  I too, received a call to test out the Growth Leader program by Market Leader.   I have my web site all set up now, and you can actually search for homes.    I have taken the training on line with Shannon.  The paperwork has been sent to the Trend MLS, and as soon as they approve, I will be off and running.    In the mean time, I have two leads already that I am following on, and the program has not really begun for me yet.   I am looking forward to much success with this program in 2009, and I look forward to telling you all about it. Happy New Year to you all Don Bradbury  www.bradburyteam.com www.servingbucksandlehighcounties.com
