Buckingham  township Bucks County , Real estate Market report , April 2011. Buckingham  township is located in Central Bucks school district. It is a suburb of Philadelphia. People who work in Philadelphia can use public transportation to go to work if they live in the suburbs because we have good transportation. Buckingham Springs is a wonderful 55plus communty in Bucks County, Pa. The community has a heated swimming pool and clubhouse with lots of activities. Of these homes 23 are single homes. 5 homes are in 55plus community of Buckingham Springs., lowest listed price was $97.750 and highest listed price of these was $219,900.
