Buckingham Springs is a wonderful 55plus communty in Bucks County, Pa. The community has a heated swimming pool and clubhouse with lots of activities. It is located close to New Hope and Doylestown for fine dining and shopping. The homes are affordable and buyers have a lot of homes to choose from. As of this morning I saw there are 25 homes listed in mls priced under $225,000. Some have garages. 15 homes sold in last six months and two homes are pending.
