      Place One is located in Bensalem Pa.19020  A favorite eating spot for the residents of Delaire Landing Condominiums.  I had no problem finding friends to come with me to eat here.There are plenty of local Bensalem residents there also.My old home town. Actually you could walk to Bensalem Pa.from Delaire Landing Condo but it would be quite a walk to this restaurant.I would suggest driving.           Amy Chorew  gave a wonderful seminar for the Bucks County Board of at the Spring Mill Country Club.She is a wonderful speaker with many technology tips to teach. Her seminar was Social Networking for Today's Agent- Social networking she explained was not just for friends but a very effective way to create awareness and connect with the community.Sites such as Linkedin,Trulia,ActiveRain,Twitter ,YouTube,Flicker,and facebook. Most of the people were on Facebook so the topic of the class was now difficult to shift off of facebook. Jimmy Buffet and the Coral Reefer Band was here in our back yard ! Philadelphia's that is.They were in Camden New Jersey at the Susquehanna Bank Center.They draw a huge crowd both young and old.Jimmy Buffet originates in Key West Florida and his followers are called Parrot heads. There were quite a few funny hats of parrots walking around and most of them were senior citizens..Young or old everyone was having a good time enjoying the music of Jimmy Buffet and the Coral Reefer Band.        I am very lucky to have lived in an age where there was flower power ,peace ,and love..hippies and Rock & Roll Groups  like Jefferson Airplane ,Jimmy Hendrix and the Doors..I went to the Electric Factory when it was a small Club where you saw these Bands.. I was  planning to go to  Woodstock but missed my ride.Then it became a mega power force, and then everyday stuff..or I just grew up This week i was fortunate to have participated in REBar Camp.It took place right here in Philadelphia.What an amazing new wave age I am living in again.Technology the new Rock Stars of years gone by. I feel so exhilarated to be a part of this magical presence that is apon us..          I have drank the Google juice.
