Mamma Mia, what a meal we had tonight at Pomodori Ristaurante in Medford Oregon! If you haven’t been to this wonderfully fresh and invitingly unique Italian restaurant right here in our little corner of the world, you are so missing out.   We started off with the Caesar Salad that has of very generous proportions with a great flavor. From there, we went straight to the Seafood Pomodori for my husband and I ordered the Ratatouille Ravioli from the special menu. The sauces on these two dishes were fresh, flavorful and very unique – a great heat in the Pomodori from the peppercinis. Bismarck Sunk - Hood Avenged On This Date - May 27th 1941 Eight days after she and the Prinz Eugen left the port at Gotenhafer, and struck fear into the world, the mighty Bismarck was gone. Bismarck was the largest warship in the world, displacing over 50,000 tons and 16 inch guns.  She was feared the world over, even though she had never been at war. Are You Screening Your Calls? Are you too important to talk to people?  If not, then don't make that impression. If I call your office and the person who answers hits me with; "May I ask who's calling?"  I am immediately offended, and I think most people are. I can understand that if you know who it is, you could collect your thoughts and prepare, but I think it's dead wrong! What happens if the caller gives their name, and shortly they are met with; "He isn't in right now, may I take a message?"  "Isn't in," or just doesn't want to speak with me? I firmly believe this method of answering phones is bad for business, and should never be used!
