Wow, great news The Bank Of Canada is committed to leaving the record low interest rate bench mark at .25% through to about June of 2010. Bank of Canada is optimistic, saying they see strong household spending. Expert policy makers say that Canada's GDP would come down 2.3 per cent in 2009, compared with predictions earlier this year that the economy would fall 3 per cent.
