The number of homes for sale in the first four months of the year was the lowest it has been since 2010 however we began to see a shift in the market in May when the number of listings rose above the number seen in 2012. This trend has continued through June and now July. Meanwhile  207 homes have sold to the end of July this year, the same as the end of July 2012 and the total number of new listings of 406 is just one less than last year we have added another set of figures for you to look at.
