While our year to date home sales are up by 10 they were down slightly when comparing November this year with 23 sales to November last year with 25 sales YTD vs Month over Month Uxbridge is a small market where the numbers can fluctuate a considerable amount when looking only at the current month. Month End October, 2013 - Uxbridge Real Estate Market Snapshot With 37 sales recorded for the month October saw Uxbridge sales bounce back from last months low of 18. Sales volume, average and median prices were all up dramatically over the past three years. Looking at the figures for Uxbridge home sales year to date we see they are also up. The only exception is days on the market, still 14.89% lower than year to date last year, even though this months was the same as October 2012 at 58 days .
