Month End October, 2013 - Uxbridge Real Estate Market Snapshot With 37 sales recorded for the month October saw Uxbridge sales bounce back from last months low of 18. Sales volume, average and median prices were all up dramatically over the past three years. Looking at the figures for Uxbridge home sales year to date we see they are also up. The only exception is days on the market, still 14.89% lower than year to date last year, even though this months was the same as October 2012 at 58 days . Remember To Set Your Clock Back There are always plenty of reminders about setting ones clock back but there is always some who do not. Whatever the reason in the spring they end up arriving late for church or Sunday brunch.
