Month End December, 2013 - Uxbridge Real Estate Market Snapshot  The Uxbridge Real Estate Market activity slowed in December as anticipated but still showed improvement over 2012. While our year to date home sales are up by 10 they were down slightly when comparing November this year with 23 sales to November last year with 25 sales YTD vs Month over Month Uxbridge is a small market where the numbers can fluctuate a considerable amount when looking only at the current month. Month End October, 2013 - Uxbridge Real Estate Market Snapshot With 37 sales recorded for the month October saw Uxbridge sales bounce back from last months low of 18. Sales volume, average and median prices were all up dramatically over the past three years. Looking at the figures for Uxbridge home sales year to date we see they are also up. The only exception is days on the market, still 14.89% lower than year to date last year, even though this months was the same as October 2012 at 58 days . Uxbridge is a small market where the numbers can fluctuate a considerable amount when looking only at the current month. Remember To Set Your Clock Back There are always plenty of reminders about setting ones clock back but there is always some who do not. Whatever the reason in the spring they end up arriving late for church or Sunday brunch. In the fall it is not so embarrassing as you arrive early, unless of course you are going to someones home and they are not expecting you for another hour.   More Than Clocks Need To Be Changed As I sit here preparing this post I can hear the tiny little chirp chirp of one of our smoke detectors reminding me it's also time to change the batteries in our smoke detectors
