Despite how great the property showed after the staging the LA didn't bother updating the photos on the mls. Now, 4 months POST staging...the property still sits. SUMMARY OF SALES IN M5M IN 2007* Throughout 2007 there has been steady activity in this area, with May being the busiest month.  Overall there was an average of 35 homes sales / month for 2007.   Detached homes that have sold in M5M in 2007 have an average of 3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  They sold for an average selling price of $ 936,345 (Just above the average list price of $ 923,324!) and were on the market for an average of 19 days!
