2010 Masonville area homes and condos as well as in the Stoneybrook Neighbourhood       In 2010 sales have been quite active in the Stonybrook area with 136 houses selling for 97% of the asking price of $397,275 and only 35 days on the market! In 2009, there were 152 homes sold at an aveage selling price of $361,612 and those homes took 42 days to sell..
