Do remember the movie "Michael"?  John Travolta playing an angel.  They stop at a diner to have pie and make up a song about all the pies . . .    Well that was me today!   I took my Mother to a fantastic place in Lansdowne . . .  Rapid Valley . They serve many fantastic home-style foods but are known locally for their fantastic pies!    Well hold onto your socks . . .   they had a new one for me to try today: PEANUT BUTTER AND JAM PIE!!!!! This pie was out of this world fantastic!!!!   Created by Logan Gagnon and it was her first attempt at it too.   If you're in the 1000 Islands area I highly recommend that you head to Rapid Valley in Lansdowne and treat yourself to a slice of pie -  you'll not regret it!
