Buyers, Get Your Insurance Quote During the Inspection Period! My Buyers waited until they were ready to close to get their insurance quote even though they were advised to get the quote during their inspection period. Underwriting told them they needed to increase their coverage by $3000.00 which increased their premium by $500.  They were already at  the upper limit of debt to income ratio and this put them over the mark.  They no longer qualified for their loan.  They quickly started calling around to other insurance agents to get additional quotes and found one that worked.  Now their file has to go through another step in underwriting with these changes but it looks like they will get their home!  There is a reason that your Oklahoma Real Estate Purchase Contract lists "get an insu... 03/03/2016

Light has been around forever, even inside our homes, as long as we keep the light bulbs changed and the electricity bill paid.  BUT now you can buy very attractive light fixtures with LED bulbs already installed in the fixture that are supposed to last for just about forever without having to change the bulb for 40 years or so, AND paying the electricity bill to keep the light on, is MUCH LESS!  Don and I went shopping recently to purchase some new light fixtures for a rent house that is being renovated. Market Report Idabel Country Club Estates 2015The Sales Map from the database that we subscribe to shows 9 sales for 2015 in Country Club Estates.  Our office closed two additional sales in Country Club Estates during 2015 and another office closed one. .so there were 12 sales in Country Club Estates in 2015.   The yelow stripes are the sales that the database has recorded.Sales were from approximately $95,000.00 to approximately $180,000.00  Homes in Country Club Estates vary in age.  Most of the homes were built in the 70's.
