No Minimum Credit Score on VA Mortgage ~ NO~ VA Does NOT Make Your Loan. I always try to be helpful..  The caller wanted some information about home that we have listed and wanted to set up an appointment to view the home.   I gave him the information about the house and asked him if he had gotten pre-qualified with a lender, to purchase a home.  No, his credit is bad and so is his wife's.  His is in the 300's and hers in the 400's. Sometimes, a Tape Measure is My Most Important Input For a Decision. Sometimes  Buyer Clients need to measure rooms.. even if the dimensions are posted in the home information.  The Client needs to know that Great-Grandma's dining room set will fit in the Formal Dining Room and that there's plenty of  room in the master bedroom for the oversized bedroom furniture that the client owns.  Today a tape measure was important in a decision that Don and I were making.  We had found the "perfect" Dodge Ram 3500 to replace the current one that we have for towing our 5th Wheel RV.  For some reason, we just weren't quite ready to do it.  We loved the new truck but the trade-in for our low-mileage, well-cared-for truck wasn't good enough..  It's a 2005 but only has 84,000 miles on it.  On the Cummi... 05/30/2016
