I'm surprised we haven't had more participation from other markets around the country, in showing what's available for different price points. As this little series continues, I find it more challenging each day to choose the perfect home. Tuesday's $100,000 home was pretty easy, and yesterday's 200,000 home was more challenging. Today, I find myself with nine solid candidates; all beautiful homes with fantastic features. They range in year of construction from 1984 to 2007 new construction. The average size is 3,034 square feet and the average sold price per square foot is $102.12. The average Days on Market is 100, and these homes sold an average of 99.4% of their list price.
