The Eastwood subdivision in Pickerington Ohio is small quiet neighborhood located east of Rt. 256 and just north of Blacklick Eastern road.  The beautiful mature trees that line the streets give the neighborhood a homey feel and with only a few streets in the neighborhood, traffic is limited to residence.  It's a good neighborhood for kids.  Most of the homes in the community are three to four bedrooms two stories with a variety of different architectural designs.  Eastwood is part of the Pickerington school systems with children attending the Fairfield Elementary School, Harmon Middle School, Lake View Junior High, and Pickerington North High School.   Of the homes for sale this past year, there were only 3 homes sold in the Eastwood Subdivision in 2010.  Here are the sold statistics f... 01/21/2011
