Like many days in real estate, you don't always know what to expect.  Our morning got off to a great start, notification that yesterday's showing was leading to an offer for our listing at 715 Dorothy Dr in Lebanon's Candlewood community!The buyer's agent soon followed through with the offer and very soon thereafter we were on common grounds with all terms but price.  A few back and forths later and that was taken care of too!  The purchase offer was accepted this evening and inspections are scheduled for early next week and closing in September barring any unexpected surprises!  We're happy that our sellers got something unexpected today, and can sleep soundly knowing their home is now under contract!  Key features of this home: 3 bedrooms & 3.5 baths and potential for 4th bedroom with...
