Lebanon Blues Festival August 4 2012:  Blues, Cars and Running! It's time for the Lebanon Blues Festival!  One of the biggest annual bashes and a great excuse to visit historic downtown Lebanon!  Now in its 14th edition, the Lebanon Blues Festival will be held on Mulberry Street from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday August 4th. 2012 Midyear Lebanon Ohio 45036 Condominium Market Report So how have Lebanon condos been performing in the first half of 2012?  Lebanon condos aren't a large section of the overall Lebanon home market, so our updates are less frequent than the Lebanon single family home reports.  For the first six months of 2012 a TOTAL of 20 condos changed ownership per the Cincinnati MLS records.  The bulk of these transactions occur in either Fairway Crossings (off SR 63) or in Ironwood at Shaker Run.  Ironwood offers new construction condos and has proved pretty popular, with building proceeding at a very steady pace over the last year.  New construction NOT listed in MLS is not included in this report.
