Since everyone is talking Bail-outs, how about me? I'm concerned about my future too so what do I do - I work harder and smarter, that's my option. I specialize, downsize, qualify prospects more intelligently, make smarter decisions and listen better but is that enough? What about my bail out? I know that I'm "just a Realtor" But I"m a professional and on a different scale, I'm effected too. The difference is that every day I wake up - I'm unemployed. To Whom It May Concern,I want to thank Crown Inspection Solutions for doing my home inspection in Hiram, Ohio. When I first had Crown out to do my first home inspection in Twinsburg, the professionalism and courtesy that Dave extended not only to me but to the sellers was appreciated. Even though the home had some issues Dave was always respectful to the owner. The next home I had the owner Mark come out and do the inspection. The home had no real issues but, Mark encouraged me to get a radon test done. I`m glad he convinced us because the home ended up with a 21.0 PiCo`s reading. This was something even the currently home owner knew nothing about. The sellers ended up having a radon mitigation installed...that they paid for. I started out on Active Rain last week.  In my first blog I told how I was hesitant to go to open houses to meet realtors.  I got some very nice encouragement, and on Sunday IDID IT!  I was so nervous.  Some of the advice I got was that conversation would 'flow' and it certainly did. I think it really helped that I thought of every step-of-the-way ahead of time so that I would have control of the situation. I walked in the door with my business card in my hand.  I told them my first name, stated that I was a Home Stager and that today I was out meeting realtors.  I also had tucked into my purse a brochure.  While they were looking at my card, I got the brochure out of my purse, handed it to them and then asked if I could tour the house.  When touring the house, I noted 1 or 2 minor but ...
