Well, today history is being made here in the good ole United States of America today. I would like to congratulate President Barack Obama and wish him the best of luck. As many of you know, I did not vote for President Obama and don't agree with his views on almost anything.  Those clamoring for change are going to get what they want, but at what expense. In America today we have just fewer than 140 million people on the tax rolls. A full 45 million of those on the tax rolls pay ZERO in taxes. So you have 95 Million or so folks carrying the water for almost 306 million in total population. Critics will say that the non-payers earn too little and need a better paying job. Turns out...Just about everyone is on the web today and those who are not should be. I remember a few years back when the big Dot Com Bubble apparently burst. Now look at the web, it is booming.When things grow too quickly the side affect is that they are unstable. I just got a referral around 10 minutes ago from a Realtor in Lake Placid. I work with a few Realtors out there so I am not sure which Realtor sent him. He was not sure because his wife had been dealing with most of this stuff.
