The Quogue Wildlife Refuge in Quogue New York is a 305 acre nature preserve that includes seven miles of walking trails, an outdoor distressed animal complex and a nature center. Open all year long, there are many activities offered by the Quogue Wildlife Refuge for people of all ages. The trails and nature center is free to the public.   One of my favorite places to visit in the WESTHAMPTON area is the Tuthill House Museum, which is the main building of the WESTHAMPTON BEACH HISTORICAL SOCIETY located at 101 Mill Road in WESTHAMPTON BEACH.   The mission of the Society is to collect and preserve materials pertaining to the Greater Westhampton area, which includes Eastport, Speonk, Remsenburg, Westhampton, Westhampton Dunes, Westhampton Beach, and Quiogue and to interpret the history of the area through exhibitions, educational programs, and publications.   The Society does a great job in fulfilling its mission. The Tuthill House museum has annual summer exhibits that are always fascinating for young and old.
