Last week, first time home buyer John C. purchased a 4 bed 1 bath single family home in Tonawanda NY.   And I had the pleasure of helping him do that =)     We began his search in October 2013 with just a price range in mind; no pre-approval, no location and no direction as to what kind of home was desired.  I strongly recommended a pre-approval before we went any further.
