We saw double the number of closings in February than the previous month, but still only six homes were sold.  Maybe the weather had something to do with it? Living in the Hudson ValleyAs the weather gets cooler the sailboats pass by less frequently. This week the sun and clouds have been alternating and temperatures have been dropping daily. Wednesday I was out taking some of the last of the photos I'll get with green and color before next spring. It was a day that seemed to change by the minute though.
