I was driving thru the center of the Village of Monroe today. I made the familiar left hand turn under the Erie Bridge towards Smith Clove Park. I can't understand why the building department has allowed the new construction, at the corner, to have no setback. It's about 4 feet off the road & completely blocks your visibility. I'm not sure what the thought process was here. Unfortunately, someone  is going to get into an accident. I am glad to see the property being developed, but this setup is ridiculous.
