All aboard!! Jamaica Station has a direct connection to Grand Central Madison which is a new terminal that is directly below the Grand Central Terminal. The escalator in Grand Central Madison is the longest in New York City! - at 182 feet, with a one-way trip on the escalator taking about 90 seconds. It's recommended if you have a scheduled meeting, it best to leave some extra time to navigate your way out of the Grand Central Madison terminal. You can also view some amazing mosaics designed by artists Yayoi Kusama and Kiki Smith.  I'll admit, I didn't have time to fully explore as I was on a timeline to meet a client for a Feng Shui Consultation. The next time I travel into Grand Central Madison, I'll be sure to set aside the proper time to view the mosaics. I think it's great that com...

Grand Central Terminal is for sure one of the biggest landmarks in New York City. Pop Quiz: Which is correct? Is this building properly refred to as the Grand Central Depot, Grand Central Station, or Grand Central Terminal? The asnwer is, Yes. All three are correct…depending on the year. The original 1871 building was Grand Central Depot. It became Grand Central Station after renovation and expansion in 1901. The new building unveiled in 1913—whose centennial we’re celebrating—is Grand Central Terminal. To read more histoy visit: History of Grand Central

Grand Central Terminal Centennial Celebration  Patrick Nouhailler Flickr.com Creative Commons License   A hundred years ago, Grand Central Terminal opened on February 2nd, 1913. It is one of the world's largest with 45 platforms and 63 tracks and hundreds of thousands of people use it daily to commute. A giant exhibit of how the terminal was used in the past will be on display until March 15th in addition to free, 15 minute tours. Various other art, dance and musical programs will go on throughout the year. Grand Central Terminal was almost razed in the 1970's but with the help of certain notables, like Jackie O, it was saved and restored instead. The architecture of this building is what continues to speak to the public. It is home to the famous Grand Central Oyster Bar & Restaurant.  ...

211 E 43rd St. Office Space, Suite 2200 Suite 2200, the 211 E 43rd St. office space is an absolute "GEM." Just a phenomenal space...   3,099 rentable square feet.  There are 4 very nice offices and a large open space.  And the loss-factor is very good.  I was surprised when I was told of the square footage because it definitely looks and feels larger. The asking is $40 per square foot.  But as always, these prices are negotiable (Although it is a very good price). The electric is $3.50/sf. It also has some very nice views (see in virtual tour below).  Suffice it to say, this space should not be overlooked.   211 E 43rd St. Office Space, Suite 2200 211 E 43rd St. Office Space, Suite 2200     Please see the virtual tour below.  However, watching a video of the office space will not due i...
