Friday Foto's Point Lookout Long Island New York Long Beach during the Summer Long Beach during the Winter time. It's just you, the sand and the Ocean :) The beaches on Long Island NY during the winter time are so peaceful.  It's a great place to simply reconnect with yourself, meditate or just enjoy nature.  Feng Shui LI consultant Laura Cerrano, after finishing up her personal training session headed to Long Beach NY to run along the boardwalk.  it was so calm and relaxing to run and hear the sound of the gentle waves in the background.
