Happy 2022 to all!This is the Alex Rubin Team of Douglas Elliman Real Estate December 2021 Long Beach NY Real Estate Market Report. This is specific to the Long Beach, NY area and does not include Lido Beach or Point Lookout, NY.As I looked over my Long Beach real estate market reports for 2021, I noticed the gradual decrease in homes available for sale every month. And I just cannot believe the current number of properties available for sale in the entire Long Beach NY area. This is by far the lowest I've ever seen it in Long Beach NY. There are only 90 available houses, condo and co-op units for sale in Long Beach, compared to 149 available for sale during the same time last year.  After a couple of decades spent out east in Suffolk County, Long Island, it was, once again, time for a move. For a variety of reasons, we targeted Long Beach, New York as our 2nd stop in Nassau County. While I was searching for the perfect home, I had a list of must haves.
