Every so often I receive a call or an email from a consumer in regards to one of my listings and the ‘offering price” (List Price) as compared to the value or "Zestimate" they saw posted on Zillow. I tell them that while I believe Zillow is a useful site, I feel that they're lacking when it comes to home value estimates. I go on to say that they can only 'Guesstimate' based on collected data, and that this collected data often does not truly account for Location and all the wonderful attributes or positives one neighborhood has over another. Danny DeVito At Bottles And Cases In Huntington Long Island As some of you know, my son collects celebrity autographs. Danny DeVito was at Bottles and Cases in Huntington Long Island promoting his new liqueur. We got there at 11:45 a.m. and Danny DeVito started taking pictures with everyone at 1 p.m. until 4. You had to purchase 1 bottle that was already signed. It only cost just under 20.00 I figured my son could go up first and I would take a picture of them together but since he is under the drinking age, his bodyguard said I had to go up with him which made sense. As I approached them, Danny said to my son, "where's your Muther" and started laughing. So, my son and I took a picture with Danny DeVito. He is a very, very nice man.
