What a great way to end the year with the sale of this estate of over 12 acres situated within a mountaintop community of very special homes.  I listed this home in September and within a week had three offers! Amazing as it had sat on the market for nearly two years beforehand. What made the difference? Well for once it wasn't the price, as I kept that the same. What we did do was make a few changes to the interior and some odd jobs here and there. But I really feel that adding the Secret Room to the marketing was key. None of the other Realtors that had listed this property beforehand had even mentioned it.
