Move to Central New York?  Why on earth would someone want to do that, you ask?  Because this transplanted Texan feel's it's the best place to live in America, period.  So, if you don't already live here, what are you waiting for?  Ok, I know, you probably don't know anything about this part of the country and probably think it's a suburb of New York City.  Well, I'm here to dispel that misconception and to tell you that we've got it all here in what many refer to as Upstate New York, away from the hustle and bustle and congestion that characterizes The Big Apple.  In fact, when my family chose to relocate from Austin, Texas, most of our friends mistakenly thought that was our destination, as they had no other concept of what represented New York.  Simply put, Syracuse, Central New York... 05/24/2007

I love selling real estate...and I certainly love CNY.  I think most people would be hard pressed to find a region in the country with better property values, paricularly relative to land prices.  While I often log over 100 miles a day driving to my various listings or scouting out other properties for investors, I have found that working for myself in this capacity has been very rewarding.  I get to help others achieve what they want, whether it is buying or selling property, and in the process, I am rewarded for a job well done.  It's great to look back on the year prior and reflect on the number of wonderful individuals I've met and help, and it's certainly humbling to recognize the fact that they allowed me, over so many other talented realtors, to represent them and their interests... 05/12/2007
