Union Grove DistilleryAt the Hudson Valley Wine and Food Fest I became aquainted with the Union Grove Distillery located in Arkville New York, a town in the Catskill Region.This distillery produces vodka known as  VLY Creek Vodka which is made from apple and wheat. Meet half of the team, Todd and Jeanine Pascarella.  I went over to speak with a friend  and she introduced Todd as her son.  Todd is a trained scientist and decided to follow his passion of creating a special vodka. The other half of the team is Brian and Penny Mulder , I did not get to meet them. From what I have heard Brian and Todd make a great team. Union Grove Distillery offers tours and tasting.
