Manufactured Homes vs. Mobile homes are popular housing alternatives.  I had an interesting call this morning by someone who did not understand the basic differences between the two types of homes.  What is a Mobile Home?  Basically a Mobile Home has wheels and can be moved from location to location.  What is a Modular Home?
