Biggest Little Storefront in Reno Contest In a continuing effort to build up the retail presence in downtown Reno, UNR's Krysta Jackson decided to create a contest where burgeoning business people could be given a helping hand.  She wanted to encourage entrepreneurship in the downtown Reno area.  After she saw how successful a similar idea was in Sacramento, she decided that the Biggest Little Storefront in Reno Contest was the perfect way to infuse new life into the downtown area.
