Tip:  I had finisihed submitting a short sale package to B of A two weeks ago and I haven't heard or gotten any email, so I went back to check on the Equator to see if they have already assigned a negotiator and I found out that they did.  At 10:00 am yesterday, I sent the assigned negotiator an email saying, "Hi, _______!  This is Glena with Century 21 Aadvantage Gold.  I am the agent representing the short sale of ___________________, Loan # _____ and I just want to say Hi."  At exactly 12:00 noon I got one email from her asking me to send her a copy of the hardship letter...the 2nd email came in at 12:02 pm asking me for a copy of the Bankruptcy documents and the 3rd email came in at 12:04 pm and it was to let me know that she has uploaded a counter offer.  She has countered for an a...

North Las Vegas, NV has improved!  This is great news for home buyers and homes sellers in the area as the potential for growth in the community is obvious.  If you are planning to buy a house, good!  If you are planning to sell, you can certainly do that, but I am sure that by the time Trail Phase II is done, this newly improved Las Vegas will no doubt bring buyers in as more and more people will be aware of the benefit of being here. Normally, when I show homes to my clients, I would preview them first, but this one particular instance, my client had sent me a list of homes to view...of course, most of them were already on "C" status, but one property is still available and it is listed as Bank Owned so we can see it immediately.  I told her, maybe I should go and look at the property first, but she insisted that there is no need to, they want to see the property now, and therefore, I printed the full view report and went off to meet them.  We got to the property and as I opened the door, I backed out.  The house was so PUNGENT...with urine...I cannot tell which...is it human or dog urine?  The stench was so repugnant that it burned my nostrils even after five hours from that showing.
