Inspirada, a 2000 acre master planned community, is one of the new home developments in the Las Vegas valley.  It is a Focus Group development located in the southern foothills of Henderson.Inspirada has open streetscapes that offer old city charm.  When the project is complete, it will have seven villages with a city center that has restaurants, shops and other commercial amenities.  The community has an urban feel with sidewalks that will connect all the villages, parks and open spaces.  The development will be market driven and construction will be a little slower than originally anticipated.  Eventually, there will be eight developers and as many as 13,000 home.
