The pregnant wall. And the inspector is not the cause. There are times when us inspectors run into things that really need more expertise than we can deliver. Case in point. This looks like the typical kitchen with the frige sitting there ready to be used. All good so far until I make a discovery that has to be investigated further. With one quick glance down the side of the wall I could see there was a major issue with something. I could see the wall seemed to be "Pregnant". AWW. Could this be? Is it possible? No way I thought. I am a bit of a touchy feely guy. I like to get close to my work when inspecting. In many cases touching is the best way to get to many causes of why an issue is an issue at all.
