Las Marcadas is a popular neighborhood located in Northwest Albuquerque at the northwest corner of Paseo del Norte and Golf Course Blvds. The majority of the homes in Las Marcadas were built in the 1990's by RayLee Homes and Opel Jenkins. The stucco homes in the neighborhood were built primarily by RayLee Homes and the brick homes by Opel Jenkins. Many of the RayLee homes feature southwestern stylings including kiva fireplaces, tongue and groove ceilings and vigas. The Opel Jenkins homes are more traditional in style and usually include large kitchens with large, sturdy oak cabinetry.
