Last year was one of the best rentals seasons at Seapointe Village in Wildwood with many folks renting in April, May, June, September and October along with of course the summer rental season. With the warm weather comes more phone calls from potential renters for Seapointe Village.  Folks calling now are findings slim pickings for their requirements (Ocean View, a view within Seapoint Village, Pool View, etc.).  If these things are important to you, I suggest several things:  1.  ASK if the view you see on the web with their ad is the view from THEIR Seapointe condo.  Some folks show a beautiful view BUT it is NOT from their condo.          2.  Call earlier next year to get the Seapoint Village condo you desire.  Word is spreading fast about Seapointe Village so the rentals are going faster and faster each year (even in June and September!!). 3.  Get your Seapointe Village Vacation rental by owner from this site since the owner of the website will not post a picture of a vie... 04/08/2008

There is a geographic oddity involving where Diamond Beach is actually located.   Is it Wildwood Crest?Actually,.....No!Diamond Beach is really part of Lower Township.  As you head north on Ocean Drive after you reach the end of the Garden State Parkway, you cross a toll bridge to get from Lower Township into what appears to be Wildwood Crest.  However, you are actually still in Lower Township for about another mile. Once you cross Rochester Avenue, you are in Wildwood Crest.  One would assume that the toll bridge separates the 2 areas, but that is not the case.Diamond Beach is a beautiful area which boasts many wonderful second homes and investment properties.  Seapointe Village, which is a sprawling development is located here.  Also, The Grand at Diamond Beach is under development.  ... 03/17/2007
