I just wanted to give a shout out to Joe for being a gentleman.  I have a client which I am working with and have been having issues with getting her deposits and application, after I showed her the property, she returned and filled out an application without telling me; Joe was a gentleman and gave me her information to run her credit and get her paperwork done.  The building's landlord is paying the entire commission, but I just wanted to thank him publicly for being a MENSCH! After a phenomenal summer, it is starting to slow down.  I am now servicing Hoboken, NJ; Weehawken, NJ; North Bergen, NJ.  This time of the year I'm not going to be turning away any business.  Areas such as The Heights in Jersey City are areas which I formerly wouldn't work in, but now hey the rents are pretty affordable up there as opposed to downtown proper.  It's just the Heights are so inconvenient to transportation, as most people want to be minutes from the PATH into Manhattan. I previewed a phenomenal apartment building today.  The Simone at 85 Maple St Weehawken, NJ.  The building is beautiful, it has just been completed there are 50 apartments, 6 one bedrooms, 3 three bedrooms, and the rest are two bedrooms, they range in size from about 1000 sq ft for a one bedroom all the way... 11/16/2010
