Is Perfection holding you back? Have you every had one of those days, weeks, etc. that you feel like you just can't finish anything?   Well I know I have. Some days no matter how hard I try I just can't get anything done. Well now I know why.   Last week I had the pleasure of attending a workshop by Terry Watson.   This workshop was sponsored by our local Passaic County New Jersey Board of Realtors. Terry Watson's demeanor was just excellent. He contributed so much insight on how to improve business and strive for more from life. He lifted our spirit in such an entertaining way. His information was so practical and down to earth and did I mention funny? We, the audience, looked so professional in our business attire, yet held no reserves when it came to laughing at his "fart joke". Oops...

In her interviews she talks about how embarrassed she feels about the weight gain. Oprah is quoted saying "I didn't fall off the wagon. I let the wagon fall on me". Well if you do let me know. Isn't it a coincidence, that Oprah is in this situation, when weight loss is the number one preoccupation and resolution of the New Year? Well we are going to hear a lot about it in interviews, her television show, along with reading about ...

Starting a business is a very important decision. There are many factors that should be considered such as your skills, knowledge, financial capability and, of course, the location. When considering a location, look at the big picture, what is currently there, what is happening in the area and what are the demographics?  This can start with a very easy process such as driving around, looking through the local business telephone directory or surfing the internet for information.  A good business location should successfully offer you an abundance of client base and consumers, proximity to suppliers and the presence of other thriving businesses. Wayne/Little Falls, New Jersey, is an area that has become home to many national and international corporations because of its suitability for ...

Wayne Township is located in the heart of Passaic County, New Jersey, less than twenty miles from midtown New York. Wayne Township offers its citizens and guests a balanced suburban community. From shopping centers to museums, an excellent modern free public library and lake communities loaded with recreational facilities, Wayne has something for everyone. Waynes 27 square miles of rolling terrain make it the second largest municipality in Passaic County. Long before the White Man, Wayne was inhabited by quiet, industrious Indians who farmed the rich meadowlands and hunted and fished in the woods and streams. Their legacy lies in the many place names of Indian origin, which have given their identity to Wayne' community landscape. In 1694, the English in New York City sent a young surve...
