WARREN -Township officials are hoping as many residents as possible fill out and return a three-page survey designed to assist local leaders in creating long-term housing plans for senior citizens and residents with special needs. Warren officials said the municipal planning survey on future housing needs, mailed recently to all township residents, is a tool to gather data to "develop housing alternatives to meet the needs" of Warren's seniors - described as heads of households who are at least 62 years old - and its special-needs population.
