Last week did end up being a bumpy one, but as the dust settled on Friday afternoon we ended up with Fannies being unchanged for the week. For the most part we had mostly positive news last week With both ISM numbers and the employment data all being quite a bit stronger than anticipated. This just shows how the market can be hard to predict, and how much influence the global issues can have on our credit markets. The Flight to quality we have seen over the past 3 weeks has helped to bring rates down quite a bit even with some strong economic data, so be cautious... these low rates will not last forever.
