 Mortgage rates are better now than last week.  FHA rates, conventional rates, VA rates.....  Mortgage Rates in general are very LOW!!! I know many of you know that mortgage rates are lower than what they have been in the last 2 years. What frustrates me is to hear a loan officer of 7 years in this business tell me 2 weeks ago, when rates hit their lowest peak in over a year because Fed's cut the discount rate, that he would be extremely busy because he needs to now go after his past clients. Just a FYI.... rates have been in the mid 6's for the last 2 months. Sure, they dropped to 6% with zero points and you could get them in the mid 5's with a few points. The Saddle Brook Community School Adult Education program has one motto: "Providing a gateway to lifelong learning!" and they sure offer enough programs and trips to satisfy even the pickiest adults!  This is a great program for adults of all ages located in the Bergen County, New Jersey area.  The programs that I believe are the best are the incredible bus/theater trips.  For a very reasonable price, ranging from $35 - $158, depending on the trip, participants can travel to a Broadway show complete with lunch or dinner, take a tour of Yankee Stadium and eat on Arthur Avenue, or see the New York Philharmonic Orchestra.  These are amazing trips and I highly recommend them to everyone!  I might have to try some of these myself!For more information send them an email at sbcs@saddlebrooksch... 01/10/2008
