June 14th is Manalapan under the stars and stripes. This is a fun community event, that I recommend to all Manalapanites. There is plenty of good food, fun things to do,live music all top off by a fireworks display. Make it a point to come out and hang out with your nieghbors and friends. In other Manalapan news, the Babe Ruth Minor league started the playoffs. I like to wish everyone good luck and of course I think the White Sox are going to take it. Good Luck to everyone and have a great summer!   Louis Trillo Prudential New Jersey Properties http;//yourhomewillsell.net

Western Monmouth County is predominantly a detached Single-Family home market. We have few multi-family dwellings bigger than two families and fewer apartment complexes. Let's shift focus from buying and selling Monmouth County real estate to renting in Monmouth County. Now there are over 50 towns in Monmouth County. I'll spotlight the following towns:Colts NeckFreehold BoroughFreehold TownshipHolmdelHowell ManalapanMarlboroWhy these seven? They comprise the Freehold Regional High School District. (Well, actually Holmdel is NOT in the Freehold Regional High School district but it is next door to Colts Neck and Marlboro.)The average sales prices in the Magnificient Seven are higher than the County average so finding an "affordable" rental is like combing the Meadowlands with a metal dete...

Manalapan is located in Western Monmouth County, NJ.  It covers an area of 30.85 square miles.  Manalapan Township provides the suburban setting that has contributed greatly to its appeal among new residents. Te community is just 15 miles from the Jersey Shore and 45 miles southwest of New York City.  Routes 33 and 9 run through town, providing access to the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike. Manalapan is rich in history. Manalapan was the site of the Battle of Monmouth, a Revolutionary War engagement held on June 28, 1778 involving 30,000 British and Continental troops. On the two hundredth anniversary of the Battle, in 1978, the State opened the 1,520 acre Monmouth Battlefield State Park (a great place to go sleigh-riding). Eighty percent of the Park is in Manalapan Tow...
