This is a I am frustrated blog.  Some Real Estate Agent (Notice I am not calling them Realtors) Drive me up the wall.  They show my listings, but when called for feedback it goes to VM, OK fine, I leave a message, do I hear back? nope.  So a few days later I call again, same thing.  In my practice I try to answer as many calls as I can.  If I cannot answer the call, I will return the call ASAP usually within 30 minutes.  When it is other Realtors calling for feedback on showings I call them back the same day and if I do not get them, I leave feedback on their VM.  It is the most professional thing that you can do in my opinion.To all of you who are constantly too busy to answer your phone, especially in the current market, just think of how many possible buyers or sellers have called yo... 08/02/2007

Drew University in Madison wants to grow. The first part of the university's expansion plan is a $13.5 million dormitory that would include 54,000 square feet and room for 159 residents. Future plans include an improved student center and a larger Hall of Sciences.  Read the story at Drew University Growing.
